Our Beliefs
Faith Statement
We are committed to living out these foundational beliefs, grounded in the love and grace of God, and endeavor to be a community of believers who are devoted to worship, prayer, discipleship, and service to others, all to the glory of God.
Triune God
We believe in one eternal God who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. He is loving, just, and merciful.
The Holy Bible
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, inerrant and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice. It serves as our ultimate guide and source of truth.
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, sacrificial death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to heaven, and His future return in glory.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, who empowers believers for service, convicts of sin, guides in truth, and provides spiritual gifts for building up the Church.
Salvation
We believe that all humanity has sinned and fallen short of God’s glory, and the only way to reconciliation with God is through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
Water Baptism
We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion for believers as an outward expression of their inward faith and obedience to Christ’s command.
Lord's Supper
We believe in the practice of the Lord’s Supper, commemorating Christ’s sacrifice and the fellowship of believers.
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the present-day work of the Holy Spirit, including the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which empowers believers for ministry and brings about spiritual transformation.
Gifts of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the miraculous gifts of the Holy Spirit, such as speaking in tongues, prophecy, healing, and others, which are operational in the Church today.
Sanctification
We believe in the sanctification process, where believers are continuously being transformed into the image of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Second Coming of Christ
We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ, where He will judge the living and the dead, and establish His eternal kingdom.
Final Judgement
We believe in the reality of heaven and hell, with eternal rewards for believers and eternal separation from God for those who reject Christ.
Great Commission
We believe in the mandate of the Great Commission, to go and make disciples of all nations, proclaiming the Gospel and bringing others to faith in Christ.
Unity In the Body of Christ
We value the unity of the body of Christ while embracing the diversity of cultures, backgrounds, and gifts within the church. We strive to be a community that loves one another and demonstrates the power of Christ’s love to the world.
